From Serving Brother/Sister, volunteers can progress to Officer.

The Officer insignia is silver and enamelled white and worn on the left breast like other full-size medals.

Officers wear their badge on a 38 millimetre (1.5 in) straight ribbon suspended from a medal bar on the left breast.
