2012 1oz Silver Lunar DRAGON - Lion Privy

The Australian 2012 1oz Silver LUNAR DRAGON - Series II coin is issued by the Perth Mint in Western Australia and stuck to a very high standard and finish.

This issue has a special LION privy mark, and is the first Australian Lunar coin to feature the inclusion of a privy symbol.

The coin contains 1oz of 99.9% fineness Silver and is housed in a protective capsule to keep it’s proof like quality (See Photo).  

The first Lunar Dragon Series II sold out immediately, so the Perth Mint took the decision to start a second run with the Privy mark, which was actually commissioned by a German company who acquired the rights to the whole issue.  We took the decision to purchase a quantity so our UK clients can obtain this special edition coin.
